EU4ETTR Multi-Level Governance Platform’s (MLGP4Climate) Working Group-1 Session:1 Meeting Was Held With More Than 70 Participants!

The session focused on a very important topic: Energy access and energy poverty within the framework of SECAP: 

• Joint Research Centre (JRC) presented the approach and objectives of the GCoM on the subject in detail.  
• Then, the Energy Desk concept, which was implemented with experts in the field for the province of Istanbul, was introduced. 
• In the discussion section, the information and conclusions obtained through the survey sent to stakeholders before the meeting were presented to the participants. 

At the meeting, where more than 70 participants including the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, municipalities, municipal unions, private sector representatives, NGOs and academics came together, discussing the issue and collecting ideas was quite eye-opening.
