Project Logical Framework Training Part: 2

Project Logical Framework for Municipalities Part: 2 Training Session was given on 2 July 2024 by EU4ETTR Project Team Leader Ms. Daiva Mantoniene and moderated by Expert  Ms. Gizem Mataracı. 

In the training attended by municipalities, Ms. Matoniene explained the logical framework and the concept of being SMART when writing a project, highlighting characteristics of a SMART person such as adaptability, curiosity, open-mindedness, and self-control. The training also included the evaluation of 6 logical frameworks and a practical Horizon Europe project example.

The key points to remember when writing a Project are as follows: 

• Follow instructions carefully.
• Use clear and concise language.
• Be specific about your aim. 
• Do thorough research. 
• Develop a realistic timeline and detailed budget. 
• Be clear about the impact you want your project to have.
