Scope. The topic focuses on circular logistics solutions for urban freight and delivery systems. Projects should develop and demonstrate reusable, repairable, recyclable and modular packaging and loading units, together with logistics models that improve their collection, cleaning, redistribution, tracking and reuse.
Sectors. Urban logistics, freight transport, retail, e-commerce, packaging, circular economy, waste prevention, cargo bikes, electric vehicles, digital logistics platforms and municipal transport planning.
Eligible applicants. Legal entity (including from Türkiye).
Key requirements. Projects should: demonstrate circular logistics solutions in real urban areas; develop reusable, recyclable or modular packaging and loading systems; include logistics operators, retailers, public authorities and end users; reduce greenhouse-gas emissions, packaging waste, congestion and resource consumption; address collection, cleaning, repair, redistribution and end-of-life management; use interoperable data and tracking systems where relevant; demonstrate economic viability and the potential for replication; establish municipal policies, procurement approaches or regulatory measures supporting circular logistics.
