Arapgir Kadın Kooperatifi

Arapgir Kadın Kooperatifi was established in the Arapgir district of Malatya to empower women’s labor and support the production of local and natural products. Through traditionally made products such as grape molasses, pestil (fruit leather), homemade noodles, and jam, the cooperative both creates employment opportunities and helps preserve cultural heritage. The cooperative operates with the goal of promoting natural production, reducing carbon footprint, and revitalizing the local economy.

Projects Involved:
- From Arapgir to the Table: A project implemented with the goal of zero waste in the production of grape molasses made from local grape varieties.
- Natural Production by Women's Hands: A locally supported development initiative aimed at increasing the production capacity of women cooperative members, equipping them with marketing skills, and introducing them to e-commerce.
