Mission:
The cooperative aims to enhance the economic and social participation of women living in rural areas, contribute to sustainable agricultural development through greenhouse vegetable production, and improve income levels in line with the principles of cooperativism. The cooperative operates based on local production, a culture of collaboration, and the value of women’s labor, with the goal of increasing production capacity and strengthening social solidarity.

Vision:
The cooperative envisions becoming a model women's cooperative in the region by improving the quality of agricultural production, enabling women in Siverek to take an active role in the local economy, applying modern agricultural techniques, maintaining a strong marketing network, and prioritizing environmental sustainability. Agricultural development is seen not only as an economic goal but also as a tool for social transformation.

Activities:

  • Prioritizes reducing chemical inputs, encouraging biological pest control methods, and protecting natural resources as core cooperative policies.

  • Emphasizes principles such as soil health, use of local seeds, and selection of crop varieties suited to the regional climate in all production processes.

  • Integrates women’s environmental awareness into agricultural practices, with the aim of leaving a livable environment for future generations.
