Congratulations to Bağcılar Municipality for taking valuable steps in climate action and SECAP implementation! 
EU4ETTR Project Team Leader Ms. Daiva Matoniene congratulated Bağcılar Mayor Mr. Yasin Yıldız for his significant efforts in the fight against climate change and SECAP implementation.
During the meeting, expert Mr. Arif Kunar presented and discussed Bağcılar’s energy desk development, the municipality’s valuable efforts under SECAP, and the next steps. Bağcılar Municipality is one of the great success stories in SECAP preparation, implementation, and monitoring. Now, with the establishment of its energy desk, it is determined to strengthen its actions even further.
