One of the key steps in developing a Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan (SECAP) is to establish an accurate baseline emissions inventory. This inventory is a critical tool for understanding a city's current emissions and achieving future sustainable goals.

In the second week of the 12-week SECAP Masterclass, we will focus on BASELINE EMISSIONS INVENTORY (BEI) on Tuesday, January 14th. Before the Masterclass, we need your insights on the most effective ways to collect emissions data!
