Scope. Projects should develop and demonstrate solutions for multimodal passenger hubs that connect different transport modes and improve the attractiveness, accessibility and efficiency of public transport. Possible locations include railway stations, bus terminals, ferry terminals, metro stations, park-and-ride facilities and integrated mobility centres.
Sectors. Public transport, urban mobility, railway and bus stations, ferry terminals, shared mobility, active mobility, electric transport, charging infrastructure, energy-efficient buildings and climate-resilient infrastructure.
Eligible applicants. Legal entity (including from Türkiye).
Key requirements. Projects should: demonstrate solutions in real passenger hubs; involve municipalities or local transport authorities; improve integration between public transport and shared or active mobility; increase accessibility, safety, affordability and passenger comfort; demonstrate reductions in private-car use, energy consumption, emissions and air pollution; address climate risks affecting the hub and its surrounding infrastructure; include measurable indicators for passenger numbers, modal shift, emissions and energy performance; produce recommendations and replication plans for other European and associated-country cities.
Funding & duration. Funding rate up to 100% under Horizon Europe rules. Project budgets: 18 mln. Eur. Project duration: 36–48 months.
